I finally managed to visit after winning the reservation battle. Every month on the 1st, the omakase reservations open up, but due to high traffic, errors frequently occur, so persistence is key. This time, I got my first choice of Spencer roll. The coating was not crunchy but rather crispy, and the meat was incredibly tender with perfect cooking. The cabbage and rice were also carefully selected, making for a wonderful experience.
