I visited on a Saturday night, and luckily, since it was around 9 PM, I was able to get in without a reservation! They have a wide variety of unusual cuts and horumon, so even if you're unsure about what to order, the staff will suggest the best options based on balance, allowing you to try different types of meat!I wasn't particularly fond of horumon before, but everything I tried was truly delicious and completely changed my perception of it! However, the standout for me was the liver sashimi, which was incredibly fresh with a delightful texture that was simply stunning...The restaurant can get smoky, so I wouldn't recommend wearing your favorite clothes, haha.During the hot summer, let's enjoy lots of delicious meat to build up our stamina!
