I finally got to visit the restaurant that everyone talks about when it comes to French cuisine! I was surprised to see it fully booked even on a weekday night. The dishes were all made with abundant local ingredients from Setouchi and Ehime, and the orange was exceptionally delicious! It seems they pay great attention to the presentation as well, with the plates being chilled and the colors of the dishes thoughtfully arranged, showcasing their meticulous attention to detail.
