Whenever I visit Fukuoka, I usually have a set list of restaurants I go to, but this time I couldn't make a reservation. While browsing a reservation site, I found an opening, and I thought I had to go there. It became one of my main reasons for visiting Fukuoka.Upon entering, I noticed a comfortable distance between tables, which heightened my anticipation.Coincidentally, it seemed like most of the guests were regulars, engaging in friendly conversations with the sommelier and staff. I felt a bit nervous in that atmosphere, but they occasionally chatted with me, making me feel more at ease. Eating in a relaxed state is definitely more enjoyable than being tense. The service was exceptional, which added to the overall experience. However, I think a bit more space between the tables would enhance comfort, but that might make reservations even more competitive.Since I was in Hakata, there are many places I want to visit, but this restaurant left me wanting to return when the seasons change. It was a great meal.
