My first visit to Unagi Musashino.I arrived at 10 AM on a weekday and was the second in line. I entered around 10:45 AM.It was drizzling, so I could have made it for the first round even at 10:30, but I was glad I arrived early because I got to enjoy the liver grilled set, which was limited to the first few customers. This was the first time I had such delicious grilled liver without any unpleasant odor! The grilling was absolutely perfect!The unaju (grilled eel over rice) was just as delicious as I expected, tender with a sauce that was just right—not too strong.Even the liver in the liver soup had zero odor, making me wonder what I had been eating before!I understand why everyone is willing to wait in line for this!
