I visited "Gaho Jin" located in Nishinakasu, Fukuoka.This restaurant is known as the second branch of the renowned sushi establishment "Sushi Sakai," which I had been curious about for some time.From seasonal appetizers to nigiri, each dish was of high quality, showcasing not only the excellent ingredients but also a perfect balance with the rice. Rather than flashy presentation, the sushi conveyed the meticulous craftsmanship with every bite.The interior had a calm atmosphere without being overly formal, allowing for enjoyable conversations with the chef while taking my time.If you're looking for delicious sushi in Fukuoka, this place is definitely a must-try.I look forward to visiting again when the seasons change.
