The squid sashimi was incredibly beautiful.The crispy texture of the katsuo tataki was perfect, making it one of the most memorable dishes I've ever had.The octopus was slightly sweet, which is exactly to my taste.I was amazed to discover such a delicious sushi restaurant in Nagoya.Everything about the sushi was elegantly presented.I look forward to my next visit!
