I made a reservation a month in advance to visit this popular restaurant in Akita, coinciding with the Kanto Festival. Given its popularity, I believe it would be quite difficult to get in without a reservation. The restaurant was bustling with customers, and I was glad I had booked ahead. The meat was incredibly fresh, and they pride themselves on not using a freezer. In fact, they don’t even have a freezer in the restaurant, which clearly shows their commitment to freshness. I was able to truly savor the natural flavors of the meat, making it a paradise for yakiniku lovers. If you're planning to visit Akita, I highly recommend making an early reservation.
