I visited Kizaki to treat myself to some delicious sushi. The restaurant features a counter with all seats arranged in a row, providing a complete dining experience. The course started with hand rolls and included a variety of fish such as Mako Flatfish, Mahata, Striped Horse Mackerel, Blackthroat Seaperch, Spring Sea Bream, May Sardine, and tuna belly caught from the local waters, along with other selections like Horse Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Sweet Shrimp, Purple Sea Urchin, and Eel. To finish, we enjoyed a miso soup made from the fish used throughout the meal. I also ordered some red sea urchin as an extra. Everything was delicious, but the May Sardine, Eel, and red sea urchin were particularly exceptional. Additionally, the Japanese sake paired beautifully with the sushi and was delightful. I hope to visit again someday. It was a great meal!
