The meat was delicious.I was really happy to finally secure a reservation since it’s hard to get one!The service was quick, and there was a wide variety of options, so I was satisfied.The dessert, Shirokuma-kun Kakigori, was quite substantial, but I enjoyed it very much.I forgot to ask for a receipt and inquired over the phone. They said they would send it by mail, but it’s been a month and it still hasn’t arrived.I felt that the administrative side of things was quite poor.It’s especially disappointing because the food was so good.I called twice to follow up, and they said they would send it right away, but nothing has progressed at all.
