I visited TOUR D'ARGENT Tokyo, located in the Hotel New Otani Akasaka.- Lobster Carpaccio with Osetra Caviar- Refreshing Summer Vegetable Velouté- Golden Black Truffle and Celery Root Soufflé- "Imperial Egg"- Rouget Poêlé with Provence-style Red Wine Sauce- Roasted Young Duck Marco Polo- Passion Fruit Soufflé with Coconut Ice Cream- Cheese WagonThe lobster with caviar was visually stunning, and each sauce complemented the dish beautifully.I never knew lobster could be this delicious.The duck was incredibly tender and juicy, offering an exceptional taste.The price is definitely worth it.It was a great meal!
