I enjoyed the limited-time mini fugu course for lunch. Starting with the vinegar miso dressing, each dish was delicious and left me in awe. The fugu sashimi, in particular, had a firm texture with a hint of sweetness, making it an unforgettable experience compared to any fugu sashimi I've had before.The beautiful Japanese garden and the lovely proprietress added to the charm. The delicious sake was the icing on the cake. Everything was top-notch, and I had a truly wonderful time.This is definitely a place I want to visit again.
