Deliciously fluffy Unagi Jyu!I started lining up at 9:10 AM, but there were already over 30 people ahead of me. It might have been due to the Itabashi Fireworks Festival happening that day.To fully enjoy the aroma of the eel, I was advised to try it without sansho pepper at first. The fragrance was amazing! Plus, the eel was incredibly fluffy—just perfect! All the bones were carefully removed by hand, making it even more enjoyable. The liver soup was the best I've ever had.I waited in line for about two hours, but I definitely want to come back next year on the Day of the Ox!
