I visited with a friend. This was my first time since the owner took on the challenge in Tokyo. I had set my expectations high, so I felt a bit disappointed. We ordered a course meal, but it felt like the dishes were served a bit slowly. At one point, our group ended up receiving the same dishes at the same time as another group that arrived 15 to 30 minutes after us. I wonder if it was due to efficiency?
