I visited Tonkatsu Narikura, known as the Yokozuna of Tonkatsu in the East.I ordered the 300g loin and a bottle of beer.The low-temperature cooked loin offers a completely new flavor experience.It perfectly balances the rich umami of the pork with an unexpected tenderness.The side dishes were also thoughtfully prepared and delightful.
