Recently, I was invited by my boss to Edo Machi Sugimoto. Edo Machi Sugimoto is a renowned sushi restaurant located in Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture! I was thrilled to finally visit a place I had been curious about for a while! As expected from Kuwana City, the meal started with succulent steamed clams! The sushi, crafted with carefully selected ingredients and special rice by the chef, was incredibly delicious. This is definitely a place I want to revisit! With a wide variety of dishes, I left feeling completely satisfied! Thank you very much!
