I was lucky enough to secure a reservation at Yakitori Taniguchi, a place I had been curious about for a while! Yakitori Taniguchi is a renowned yakitori restaurant that has been selected as one of the top 100 restaurants for five consecutive years, making it quite difficult to book a table! The dishes and skewers made with the rare and luxurious Takasaka chicken, starting with the sashimi, were absolutely delicious. What impressed me the most was the liver sashimi! It was shockingly delicious, unlike anything I had ever tasted before!!! Although there is quite a distance from Nagoya to Hyogo, it is definitely worth the trip. I look forward to making another reservation soon! ✨
