Maki Tori Shin Kobe was absolutely amazing. The aroma of the charcoal fire wafted through the air, and I was truly impressed by the skillful grilling that brought out the unique flavors of each skewer. The use of Imari ware for the dishes was beautiful, creating a special experience where the food and atmosphere came together perfectly. This is definitely a place I want to visit again.
