I tried both the Seiro Soba and Inaka Soba. The menu was simple, featuring just the soba and dipping sauce, but I could really appreciate the strength of the soba, and it was delicious. The condiments, including wasabi, Japanese radish, and green onions, were all tasty and enhanced the robust flavor of the soba. The texture was smooth, the service was excellent, and I was able to enjoy my meal in a calm atmosphere. It was truly the best experience!
