I arrived around 10:30 and was about 20th in line.I was able to enter during the first round, and they opened earlier than expected, so I didn’t have to wait long.I initially planned to just order the unaju, but I decided to also get the shirayaki since I was there.Both dishes were so delicious that I felt no need for any condiments, allowing me to fully appreciate the quality of the ingredients.Since it takes some time for the food to be served, enjoying a drink while waiting was just perfect.
