I received a notification for a cancellation and was able to make a reservation for Friday at 5 PM, a week later.I opted for the JPY 25,000 course, adding sweet potato and corn tempura.For drinks, I had beer and Japanese sake.The edamame served as an appetizer was of poor quality, which made me a bit skeptical, and I was disappointed by the fishy taste of the sweetfish.The seafood quality was also lacking, but I found the bell pepper to be the most delicious.I think experiencing this restaurant was necessary to truly appreciate the charm of tempura; I would be satisfied if I could visit just once.
