The food, atmosphere, and service all felt extraordinary, truly reflecting the three-star experience.The highlight was undoubtedly the Caviar Imperial, which left me in awe with its delicate seasoning.The amuse-bouche was also incredibly delicious. The choice of appetizers and the main dish of lamb were tender, and I was completely satisfied with the desserts as well.What makes this restaurant unique is the bread cart, cheese cart, and dessert cart. The joy of selecting what you like is delightful, and the dessert cart came around twice, keeping the excitement alive until the end. I ended up indulging a bit too much and left feeling quite full.The wine was recommended by the sommelier to pair perfectly with the dishes.Lastly, the anniversary plate prepared for us was adorable, making our special day even more memorable. This is a place I would love to visit again on another special occasion.
