I visited USHIGORO S. located in Ginza. I've been to other branches, but this was my first time here.It's situated in a lucky building called 777, right behind Uniqlo. I noticed there were many female staff members, including a female grill master.The meat was outstanding—thick Chateaubriand, thick tongue, and outside skirt. Even if you have dental issues, it's perfect for a date. It melts in your mouth.The service was excellent, and the restrooms were cleaned after each use. I almost forgot I was at a yakiniku restaurant.While I wouldn't mind a bit more meat, the seasoned rice was made into onigiri for takeout.The dessert, wasanbon ice cream, was incredibly delicious.I will definitely come back.
