I visited L'evo in Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture, fulfilling a long-held desire to go there!It’s really deep in the mountains!!!It took about an hour and a half by car from Toyama Station, and I kept thinking, "Are we there yet?" as I made my way there. Haha.When I finally arrived, I was greeted by a truly wonderful space that instantly lifted my spirits with its breathtaking scenery.I thought to myself, "I’m so glad I made it here!" the moment I arrived.L'evo values "terroir" and offers dishes that make the most of the natural ingredients from Toyama and Toga Village.Every dish was absolutely delicious.I was surprised to even see frogs, which were caught in the nearby mountains!I thought I could never eat frogs, but I mustered the courage to try it, and it was tasty.The portion sizes were generous, and I was completely satisfied until the very end.This restaurant is not just about great food; it offers a unique experience that includes the local cuisine, scenery, and atmosphere that you can only enjoy here.Access is challenging, but it’s a place that makes you want to come back again! ❤️It was a great meal.Thank you for reading until the end!I would be so happy if you could give me a "like," save the restaurant, or follow me!I want to share many wonderful places! ⭐︎
