I had been curious about this place for a while, and finally found the right timing to visit! I enjoyed a full course dinner in the evening. The first dish, the grouper, was truly impressive. Then came the eel, which, although not from the sea, paired perfectly with its rich flavor and sauce. The bonito served with grated daikon was also outstanding! In terms of sushi, the white fish like sea bream and flounder were excellent, but the shime saba (marinated mackerel) and aji (horse mackerel) were particularly delicious. I even got to try the first new squid of the year.As an extra, the red sea urchin was incredibly delicious, and the sardines were just as fantastic as I had anticipated!I was very satisfied to enjoy such wonderful sushi in Omiya. I definitely want to come back and experience the seasonal offerings again.
