I made a reservation to experience true excellence, thinking, "I want to taste the real thing at least once in my life." In the end, I’m so glad I went.What impressed me first was the top-notch hospitality; I was able to relax completely without feeling any pressure. The staff's sense of distance and atmosphere was incredibly comfortable.The dishes were all beautifully presented, resembling works of art in their colors. Of course, the flavors were outstanding as well, especially the sauces, which, despite being served in small amounts, had an astonishing presence. I was truly moved by the perfection of each plate.The cake I received as a souvenir was unbelievably delicious. I’m not usually a big fan of sweets, but it wasn’t overly sweet, allowing me to enjoy it happily until the last bite.I initially thought this would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but I definitely want to visit again.I kept the menu as a memento.
