I was intrigued by the concept and wanted to try some delicious game meat, so I decided to visit. First of all, the atmosphere of the restaurant, along with its decor and tableware, was incredibly charming, showcasing great taste. The concept truly gives you the feeling of enjoying nature within nature. For the appetizer, I had macarons made with animal blood. I had heard from various people that they were delicious, so I was looking forward to it. At the same time, I was a bit apprehensive as the game flavor was quite strong right from the appetizer, but it turned out to be very tasty. On the day I visited, they had fresh sea urchin, so I added the cold somen with sea urchin. This was absolutely delicious. The sea urchin was undoubtedly tasty, but the somen had a delightful chewiness that I had never experienced before, enhancing the aroma and flavor of the sea urchin. I definitely want to have this again. That day's pie was made with salmon, and it was also incredibly delicious. For the main course, I chose venison, which was delightful. It was my first time eating bear and wild boar at a proper restaurant, and there was no gamey taste at all (which might be expected at such a wonderful place, but it still felt impressive), and it was very delicious. This restaurant truly opened my eyes to the possibilities of game meat.Thank you very much.
