Suzuta Shiki is a restaurant that has been highly regarded by food enthusiasts for some time, and I had heard about it before. It's known to be difficult to reserve and has a relatively high price point. This time, I visited for the first time thanks to a recommendation from a senior colleague.The signature tenderloin steak was truly impressive! The meal included crab somen, sea urchin, caviar, and eel, all prepared using seasonal ingredients and cooked over wood to maximize their natural flavors. Each bite was fresh and left me feeling delighted throughout the meal.
