I visited this long-awaited restaurant for my partner's birthday request. We enjoyed the roast steak, tenderloin steak, and hamburger steak. The side dishes included potato wedges, corn potage, and salad, all of which were straightforwardly delicious and very pure in flavor. Although it was labeled as tenderloin, Chef Yamanaka whispered that it was actually Chateaubriand. The seasoning was simple—just salt and pepper, with mustard available for those who prefer it. The meat was tender without being overly soft, and the umami flavor hit my brain directly. The hamburger steak also had a straightforward taste, and the rich demi-glace made me want to order more rice. This is the perfect solution for enjoying simple yet delicious steak—truly amazing!
