A return visit in a different season! While I tend to prefer the ingredients available in autumn and winter, the skill in bringing out the flavors here is truly remarkable, making me exclaim in delight multiple times. Even on a repeat visit, I was genuinely moved by this amazing restaurant. I still remember the taste of the managatsuo, which was reminiscent of toro (fatty tuna), the rich flavor of the grouper, and the refreshing taste of the sweetfish. The abalone from Futagami Island was also rich and remains one of my favorite dishes.
