I visited this restaurant on the first Saturday of Silver Week at 6 PM. It's a place where you can enjoy Nagoya Cochin and Omi Jidori chicken. This was my first experience tasting the rich flavor of Omi Jidori here. The owner, although originally a chef, has no formal training in yakitori, but he has traveled around the country tasting various yakitori and gathering direct feedback to gain insights for his success before opening this place. Everything served here is of high quality, and I was truly amazed to discover such a wonderful restaurant in Hiroshima!
