This was my seventh visit to enjoy Chef Nishi's exquisite course. Each time, I am amazed by the incredible flavors of his delicate dishes! I truly believe this is the pinnacle of fine dining. The craftsmanship of Mr. Maeda from Sasue combined with Chef Nishi's touch creates a transcendent experience. I am already looking forward to my next visit!
