I finally had the chance to visit this incredibly sought-after restaurant that is notoriously difficult to book. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The batter was crispy and delicate, while the fillings were juicy and flavorful. The collaboration between the head chef and the kitchen staff is truly in a league of its own. This place is genuinely regarded as the best kushi katsu in Japan. I definitely plan to return next time. Thank you to the head chef, the kitchen staff, and for the wonderful photos.
