This was my second visit. This time, I chose a course featuring summer ingredients, and once again, I selected beef as the main dish, which was truly delicious. One dish that particularly stood out was a soup made with white corn, topped with coffee oil. The sweet corn paired wonderfully with the slightly bitter coffee. Although there were many dishes, the focus on fish and vegetables, along with the use of natural broth for seasoning, made it light and easy on the stomach. Thanks to the delicious food and the attentive service from the staff (they promptly noticed when my water and bread were running low and offered to refill), I had a thoroughly satisfying lunch once again.
