This is a popular restaurant in Ashiya that is difficult to reserve. I visited after several years and noticed that both the location and the system had changed quite a bit.The ordering is only available as a course, with a two-part system starting simultaneously.For the appetizers, we each chose three dishes from the menu.After that, skewers and palate cleansers were served in succession.The grilling was perfect, and even the chicken breast, which I usually don't prefer, tasted delicious.The grilled eggplant served midway was incredibly tender and absolutely delicious.You can also choose your final dish, and I opted for the most popular chicken paitan ramen, which was rich and lived up to my expectations.
