I had been curious about this restaurant for a while, but it was difficult to make a reservation, so I hadn’t been able to go until now. This time, I managed to secure a reservation for the omakase course at 20:40.The course included the following dishes:- Appetizers- Chicken Neck- Young Corn Spring Rolls- Chicken Sashimi- Takasaka Chicken with Spicy Sauce- Heart- Chouchin (Chicken Tail)- Ginkgo Nuts- Cold Chicken Broth Soup (?)- Tsukune (Chicken Meatballs)- Chicken Breast- Liver Pâté- Thick Fried Tofu- Liver- Japanese Radish and Lemon Refreshing Juice- Knee Joint (?)- Rice Dish (We had a flavorful rice dish to finish)- Crème BrûléeEverything was delicious, and the staff were kind, so overall, I was very satisfied. The price is a bit on the higher side, but I would recommend this place to anyone who loves yakitori. Making a reservation can be challenging, but I would love to visit again.
