I made a reservation for the cheapest lunch limited course. Even with this course, a famous caviar dish is automatically included. In addition, you can choose one appetizer and one main dish, along with a first dish of crustacean snacks, mashed potatoes, a bread wagon, and two dessert wagons. Also, women receive a complimentary brioche as a souvenir when leaving.Among the dishes I tried, the main dish of squab and the appetizer of apple and beet salad were particularly delicious. The flavors are truly satisfying and worth the price, something you wouldn't normally encounter in everyday life! On the other hand, I found the desserts to be not as exceptional (compared to specialty shops), so I think it’s fine not to overindulge in them. When I asked about non-alcoholic drink options, I was recommended grape juice, which I chose. It was served in a bottle, and any leftovers were kept chilled with ice at the table, treated like wine, which was amusing.The atmosphere was surprisingly casual, with friendly staff, making it a comfortable experience. Overall, while I wouldn’t say it’s the best value for money, it is a wonderful restaurant that justifies its price.
