I visited Yoda, the extraordinarily difficult-to-book restaurant known as the No.1 tonkatsu restaurant in Japan on Tabelog. ✨At this point, there is almost no need to explain how good it is. Or rather, I honestly do not have the vocabulary to properly describe this level of deliciousness.This is tonkatsu on a completely different level. The meat, the frying, the texture, the balance—everything feels carefully refined, yet never overdone. Even the tiny crumbs of batter left on the plate are delicious. ✨Getting a reservation through OMAKASE is definitely a battle, but this is a restaurant worth joining that battle for.Highly satisfied ◎
