I happened to be browsing Tabelog and found that Tempura Kondo, a famous tempura restaurant, had availability, so I decided to visit!The frying technique is so exceptional that you can truly understand why tempura is often referred to as a steamed dish. It's an incredible skill.The other customers were quiet, making it clear that this is a place to focus on enjoying the tempura.It was delicious!
