On Sunday, the restaurant opened at 8:30 AM. I arrived around 7:00 AM and got ticket number 25, receiving my udon around 8:40 AM! They asked how many noodles I wanted, either hot or cold. I chose the medium size and topped it with my preferences like onsen tamago (hot spring egg) and raw egg. Just before the register, there were about six types of tempura available. The udon had the perfect chewiness, and I enjoyed the different textures of the hot and cold versions!
