The overwhelming aroma of the eel in Shiro Agura is a must-try for enthusiasts. Shiro Agura is neither grilled nor simply boiled; it’s something entirely unique that perfectly enhances the eel's flavor. I believe this is undoubtedly the best cooking method to bring out the deliciousness of eel, but I doubt anyone else could replicate it like the master here.Being able to enjoy such eel makes me truly grateful to be alive! ^_^
