I felt like I experienced the best possible state of all the ingredients, with flavors I had never encountered before. Everything was exquisite and incredibly delicious, but personally, I found the brioche, skipjack tuna, and potatoes to be exceptionally tasty. I believe this is the best French cuisine I've had in Tokyo.
