After arriving at Haneda Airport at 12:30 AM, two and a half hours late due to Emirates from Dubai, I sped along the expressway and reached my home near Yoyogi Park by 2 AM. I finally got into bed around 4 AM.Just 14 hours later, at 6 PM, I visited this restaurant.Despite the fatigue from the long flight and the jet lag from traveling through four countries, my excitement for this yakitori restaurant, which I finally managed to book, outweighed everything else.As a big fan of yakitori, I have been a regular at "YAKITORI Moe Roppongi" for over 20 years, my favorite yakitori spot in Roppongi. However, this "YAKITORI Moe es" is known for being hard to reserve, making this my first visit.The course started promptly at 6 PM, priced at JPY 15,000 per person. After finishing the skewers and side dishes, before the final chicken soba, it seems I could order up to two additional a la carte skewers and a firm pudding.This time, I deliberately chose not to place any additional orders.Tonight's runner-up was the "Asparagus from Jet Farm" and "Tsukune," while the champion was the "Liver!"Japanese yakitori truly is the best in the world!
