I visited LATURE for a birthday lunch celebration with friends. The presentation was artistic, and the flavors truly lived up to the Michelin star reputation. I was particularly impressed by the fish poêlé; the sauce in the pastry was simply delicious! The appetizer made with rice was not only visually adorable but also beautifully represented the rainy season of early summer. It's rare to see seasonal ingredients presented so fittingly at this time of year.It's wonderful how they utilize every part of the ingredients without waste. I would love to visit again! ◎
