Located about 5 to 6 minutes from Omotesando towards Miyamasuzaka, right next to Aoyama Gakuin University, I enjoyed the lunch special course here. The second-floor room with windows is bright and spacious, while the seating in the back offers a more relaxed atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy different vibes. The specialty dish, a macaroon made with venison blood, had no gamey taste whatsoever and was truly delicious. It’s impressive how the chef can transform something often discarded into such a delightful dish. Each dish was not only visually stunning but also featured surprising yet perfect combinations of flavors.I forgot to take a photo of the main venison dish, but it was incredibly tender, and all the accompanying vegetables were carefully prepared to complement each ingredient beautifully. The baguette was also very tasty. I wanted to buy some from their sister bakery on my way back, but it was already sold out. If you plan to purchase, it might be best to go in the morning. It was a great meal!
