I finally visited the restaurant on a Saturday at 8 PM. It was disappointing that they had already run out of the premium tongue. The regular tongue wasn’t particularly impressive. However, the outside skirt was thickly sliced and tender, just as expected. The texture of the horumon was also great, and overall, I think the quality of the horumon dishes is quite high. Of course, everything was delicious and of high quality, but I wonder if the taste truly matches the difficulty of making a reservation…
