I upgraded to the main dish of the most affordable course called "Encounter" for an additional fee, choosing the squab.The service was exceptional.In addition to the photos, there was a vichyssoise and the squab thigh (served as a side with the main dish).The salad and dessert were particularly delicious, and it was enjoyable to experience different flavors in every bite, thanks to the variety of ingredients used.
