This is one of the best French meals I've ever had.I upgraded to the JPY 12,000 course and changed the meat to beef tenderloin for an additional charge.First off, the amuse-bouche and dessert were incredibly delicious! While it may not reach the level of a three-star restaurant in France, I personally found it to be better than many two-star establishments. The cost-performance is excellent, so I definitely want to try dinner next time!Amuse-Bouche 1:The dish with a white mousse on top of a rice chip was a masterpiece, blending umami and saltiness in a way that left a lingering aftertaste.Amuse-Bouche 2:The tomato and paprika foam and mousse were delightful.Appetizer 1:I usually dislike vongole, but this was fresh and delicious! However, the strong celery flavor might be a concern for those who dislike it.Specialty:This dish made me exclaim, "Is shiitake this delicious?!" It could easily be a main dish. The shiitake mushrooms were thick and juicy, and the pork underneath highlighted their flavor... simply delicious!Fish:I have an allergy to sweetfish, so I requested a different fish.It was light and delicate, yet the flesh was fluffy and tasty.Meat:Honestly, I've been to Michelin-starred French restaurants before, but I was never really impressed by the meat. However, the meat here was the best I've ever had in French cuisine! Not only was it tender, but the flavor was outstanding!Dessert 1:This dessert made me wonder, "Is lychee this delicious?!"I can actually drink lychee!Dessert 2:I couldn't help but exclaim "Wow!" after the first bite of this dessert. The saltiness of the olive perfectly enhanced the sweetness of the dessert.Baked Sweets:These were sweet and tasty, but compared to the previous dishes, they didn't evoke the same level of excitement.
