A classical French restaurant with a Michelin star in Tokyo. The atmosphere and service are exceptional, as expected from a long-established French establishment. The food is delicious, but it lacks a bit of surprise. The meat portions are quite large and too oily, making it hard to finish. You can request all types of desserts, and most people around me were sampling a little bit of everything, so I did the same. However, some of the drinks were too strong or too sweet, and I regretted not just ordering one cake. It’s not good to be too greedy...That said, the gelato was all delicious, so I recommend ordering everything.I wish there had been more surprises in the dishes.By the way, the bread isn’t warm, and they don’t provide wet towels, so be aware of that. Some dishes come with a finger bowl.Honestly, I think local classical French restaurants offer better value and taste for less money, so I’m not sure if it’s worth coming here for the price. If you live nearby, it might be fine...It’s undeniably delicious, but considering relative value (taking into account living in the countryside), I probably won’t return.
