Tonight, I visited the renowned Kyoaji Motoi for the first time in about 10 months with my gourmet friends.Last autumn, we were in a private room on the second floor, but this time we opted for the counter seats. The dishes prepared right in front of us were beautifully presented in summer-themed tableware, and as always, the food here is simply amazing! My friend remarked, "The live cooking experience makes the counter seats much better than the private room."We started with a toast over sparkling sake, and then enjoyed a selection of chilled Japanese sake chosen by the chef to pair with our meal.Everything was incredibly delicious.It was a great meal. I’m looking forward to our next visit!
